I just wanted to see if anyone here has seen any of his films, and if so, what they think about them. He is a British director who makes frenetic, often psychodelic films that abandon familiar structure for metaphor and symbolism. His best known works are:

Lair of the White Worm
Gothic
Personally, I often don't know what he is trying to say, exactly, but he communicates a mood and tone to a picture unlike anyone I've ever watched. Anyone else a fan or detractor of his work. He is a love him or leave him type of arteur.
