How do you Like Your Steak?

Well, how do you like your steak cooked? I like mine medium. I like there to be the red, uncooked meat in the middle... Just like a centimeter thick.

So... What is it? Rare? Medium Rare? Medium? Medium Well? Well? Or anything else... I know there is a "Pittsburg" style steak where it is burnt on the outside, and not cooked on the inside... Yup.

So tell us how you like your steak to be cooked.

Good ol' Medium Rare. I used to do Medium Well, but I experimented one time with Medium Rare and it was alot better! So nothing beats the Medium Rare.:D

Dang dead wasn't an answer. I like my steak dead... but not burnt. I can stand it if it's a little pink but bloody is out of the question.
My grandmother can't even look at the littlest pink in a steak, it makes her loose her appetite and she won't eat it... My grandmother is very picky when it comes to food.

I like well-done. But some people do well as "overdone" and dry...so when i encounter one like that...i request medium-well.
