View Full Version : Am I the only one that thought of this?

Why doesn't Nintendo just come out with a wavebird keyboard? That would pretty much solve problems I suppose. If Nintendo made the keyboard wireless, then you could put it anywhere. It could be any size... It would also work very well with a wave bird controller obviously. Has anyone else thought of this?

That's a good idea. It could very well be planned though. Who knows? :)

That's a neat idea, but I think the reason why Nintendo wouldn't be too enthusiastic is because online gaming isn't a huge part of Nintendo's plans at the moment. So, as a result, they won't waste their money on such peripherals.
However, all that can change if Nintendo recognizes an overwhelming demand for online (gamecube) games -- making such devices much more viable.
Nice idea, none the less.

Great idea! :D
That would be cool. I don't think it would cost much money to Nintendo to creat one.

Exactly how much would that cost and if it used batteries wouldn't those things run out fast?

I think he means in addition to the normal controls, you would have typing that would drain energy.

That is a cool idea but like D said, Nintendo would think it to be to risky. As far as how long it would last with battery, it would depend. The WaveBird uses 2 AA batterys and last up to 100 hours. A wireless keyboard on the other hand, would be a completly diffrent story. I would guess that they wouldn't use AA, more like D's or a chager included.

Wait wait... Hold the phone guys... It's not like a "wireles keyboard" is a new idea. Does anyone have one for their tv? orrr computers? How many batteries do they take? I'm sure it would be about the same.

No, we were talking about making the GameCube Keyboard, previewed at E3, wireless. I know they have wireless keyboards, because my dad has one at his office. Next time I go down, I will check it out.

If this came out I would actually write letters in Animal Crossing.
