I doubt that's why Nintedo released it like that... I think that it's purely financial.
The sad part is, Sports gamers have to suffer again. EA might as well sell thier games for $65 with a free memory card... cause if you want to save eash game seperate you are spending that much money anyway.
I think Games from Nintendo would have taken the same amount of Memory... if they used big cards or not... sooo, if someone played enough to fill up 8MB, they would get $35 if they released an 8MB card, or, they could keep the 4mb cards and get $200+ from the same gamer.
I think it's smart for making money, but it hurts the game quality (mainly sports games)
