As an overall platform, I think it has done well in expanding out from what Xbox 1 started. Online is a very complete and competent experience. I had few complaints when I owned it. Anecdotal evidence points to bad hardware, but I never personally experienced a problem beyond the noisy disc drive.

It only erred for me when I ran out of games I wanted to play, and I knew that the next batch I would want were not going to be on the system.
