Damn, I can't believe TeamXbox.com has their own E3 booth. Something is really screwed up there.

Well, here's how it always will work:

Xbox fans will say Xbox stole the show, that they were the winners of E³
GameCube fans will say Nintendo stole the show, that they were the winners of E³
Sony fans will say Sony stole the show, that they were the winners of E³

It's like this every year.

But really, every neutral source said that Nintendo stole the show, and that Nintendo's booth was the most crowded.

Maybe because the booth was small or in a bad position :p

The truth (about the winner) is in the eye of the beholder. Whichever system somebody prefers will always be the winner in their eyes. (unless it's obvious, which it wasn't last year)
