I have learned over the years that gaming forums are about fighting. The more rational the members try to be, the less activity it has.

So was thinking, and what if we tried for a social media push?

Like create a Twitter or Tumblr account or whatever. Post links to new threads, talk to people, follow news groups that would interest the forum.

Would share it with various members so that the following would be well-rounded, and try and recruit people to post on the boards.
