Seeing as the website written on the picture is "engrish.com," I'm guessing that it's one of those shirts that was produced in Japan and has English written on it to make it look cool even if the actual words are absurd.

Thus, I don't think the humor here is sarcasm. It's just unintentional.

i agree with joeiss that shirt is a real low-self esteem downer, it sucks, but if you want to wear and exploit that you WANNA DIE, then by all means go ahead, but if i were you id walk further INTO the store, then by what i first see..

you can buy the shirts at engrish.com for $16.99, not sure if they have a location to go in person to buy these tho.
