Huh?

They have anti cheat programs that some servers require or you dont play. Punkbuster etc. You have to have these installed so they can scan ur hdd for cheat exe's that have been run.

CS is the best online FPS. Nothing comes close to it IMO. I used to be a UT playa, but now I left that behind for CS (and WC)

punkbuster helps it. but it doesnt get rid of it. not by a long shot. i know of punkbuster, cuz Quake3 started using it a while ago too. it does help tho.



And Happy.... how is CS a MMOFPS? i know i havnt played it in a long time but i remember like 32 players or around that in a server maybe?

lol, an MMOFPS would be quite useless since all you do is just kill ppl, not interact and stuff so whats the point of having a massive server to connect a 1000 ppl when you dont' interact at all, all you do is aim and shoot

they have MMOFPS games.

Tribes and PlanetSide, More so planetside because it has RPG aspects in that one and it has a monly cost. you collect and earn points.

Tribes lets over 100 ppl play in a server for a game. not sure how planetside works whether everyone plays in one main server or split off. but tons of people play together.

and usually in thoes times theres not much of a DM mode in em. so just killing people isnt the goal.

I borrowed Morrowind from a frend recently. While it is pretty, the gameplay is boring. Fetch quest after boring fetch quest. I'll pass, thank you.

You can check it in the User CP. At the bottom it'll show your most recent hits, whether they were negative or positive, and the comment that the hitter left.

Is WarCraft 3 a PC game must-have? I just networked my cable to the family PC so now I can start playing multiplayer PC games. I heard this is a good multiplayer. And if you have any multiplayer (free) recommendations of your own, by all means, suggest them to me.

most multiplayer games are free.

and most mentioned in this topic are good.

WarCraft 3 and the expansion pak Frozen Throne are VERY good once you take the time you learn to play them.

main game i play right now is Unreal Tournament 2003 (soon to be 2004)

2nd most i play is WC3 it has some fun little mods to play on it also that have nothing to do with the game. like Tower Defence and stuff.
