I like this drunk guy. He must fill your breaks with wonder and whimsey.

We always talk about what would happen if he actually ever aproached us. We all agreed we would beat his ass into eternity.

I'd be worried about the state of my car. That guy could easily take a key to it when you guys are working.

Funny stuff Jason.

Why would you beat him up? That's not cool. Violence is for squares. It would be funnier if you acted like you were all his buddies.

Hes a little testy about beating people up for no reason because he got jumped one night when we were walking back from 7/11. I agree, i dont like people who think its fun to beat other people up, unless they did something, like key your car.

Why? 'Cause you can? It's one thing to make fun of his drunkness (his fault), but it's quite another to beat the **** out of him for no reason.

Moral dilemmas aside, you could get jail time on assault if you did that. I doubt it's worth it.

Assuming, of course, that he only approaches you and does some rude gestures or something. If he physically attacks, then you have every right to fight back.

[/end "think before you act" rant...thing]

Okay lets set the record straight on this right now. First off, all admit he has never done anything but verbal abuse. (well, also the ocassional obscene guesture) But even so, his verbal abuse is always unprovoked. In other words, he always starts our little fights. We just go out there, and he instantly gets up and stares at us or just starts yelling. In the rare case that he dosent, we dont start anything with him. He has called many of us names, such as waffle bitch. He has made many unapropriate guestures to us, and if he ever actually comes across the street into to parking lot, and gets close to us, I think from past knowledge of this nut, we would have little choice but to hurt him.

Re: Drunk guy

Unless he actually attacks you pr threatens to attack you first, its assault and you can get slammed into jail for it regardless of whether he starts your little name calling sessions or not.

And even if he does attack you first, it'll be just him against however many guys you eat with. One drunk guy against many isn't much of a threat. I doubt you'll be supported much if the guys ends up in a puddle of bloods crying for his mom while the rest of you laugh at him.

Which is exactly why he wont ever approach us anyways. Even this guy I dont think is stupid enough to take on 5 or more guys by himself.

I'm waiting for the day when he moons you guys.

He sounds about like every old man I know in Eastern Kentucky, I bet that's where he is from! I also bet he's an old man.

You should go up and talk to him. Be like "Hey man, why do you yell crazy stuff at us, and can I have a beer?"

This is not really an update, because nothing interesting happened on friday. But I did get a little better picture of the guy and his house. Thats him sitting on his porch, and you can get a better view of his house, and also the distance he is away from our building (I am zoomed in somewhat)

6/25/04

After not seeing him for probably close to 2 weeks, we were begining to speculate on his whereabouts. Our breaks werent quite the same without him. We though maybe he actually went to work, or he was in jail(much more likley). Funny thing is, the one kid that likes to egg him on, has been gone for over a week. Its interesting the day that he comes back, so does crazy(thats his new nickname). We went out after lunch, and there he was. He see's us, and instantly gets up and stares for awhile. After a few bird calls from you know who, he sat back down, and nothing more really happened. Some guy came walking by on the sidewalk, and he stopped at Crazy's house and talked to him for awhile. Not sure if they knew each other or what. On a side note, a few of the guys got to talking about an incident that happened a few weeks ago, apparently. Only 3 or so of them happened to be out at the time. What apparently happened was, Crazy got on his bike which he sometimes rides to go buy beer, and came riding their way. One of the guys was leaning aginst a car, and Crazy came riding his bike right for him. The other two guys were just telling him not to move, I assume so they had an excuse to beat him badly if he hit the guy. He apparently swerved at the very last second, just barely missing the guy leaning aginst the car. And the kid that almost got hit was apparently pretty shaken up about the whole thing. I wish I could get a picture of this guy up close, but let me tell you, when you see him up close, its actually somewhat scary. Hes a downright freaky looking guy. Big bulging eyes, and that beard. Anyways, Im going to be gone for over a week, so I'll just ask everyone if anything interesting happened with Crazy when I get back.
