That's the song title. I can't remember who it's by. I've got it on my techno MP3 CD (not with me) and not on my computer.

What is the name of the song where the guy break dances on the sidewalk and all the people see him. It's techno....and it's like he does it once every year.

First I thought it was fatboy slim, but then I rememberd that the song was in the mitsubishi Eclipse commercial so there yah go.
