No, no, and no. The KKK is a private organization, and they can wear whatever they want. They wear different colors depending on their rank. White is for an Ordinary Klansman, Red is for a Titan, Blue for a Klailiff, Black for a Nighthawk, and Green for a Grand Dragon. And Surgeon General? Please. They can call themselves mesiahs for all anyone cares, it's a private organization, no laws have been passed toning them down. They do as they please.
