Was thinking about what other US cities have an iconic feel to them and New Orleans popped in to mind.

Crime? Check
Distinct Style? Check
Variety in Cultures/Accents? Check
Opportunity for great radio stations? Check

Could be pre-Katrina or post-Katrina, either way, there would be a lot of room for a great storyline.

Also, Airboat missions would be sick.

New Orleans would be pretty badass. Or a Florida related one. Something with the everglades in there. I think that'd be pretty cool.

Wasn't there already a Miami one?

New Orleans is one of the few American cities that I'm personally interested in. More than LA, maybe on par with NYC.
