As for Best Buy, I'll beware to avoid going there again as well, I wanted an "Older" VCR and it was discontinued, the guy said the model I wanted (The Sony SLV-N81) was Actually better than the new Sony SLV-N88, and then he tries to sell me the ****ing SLV-N88 any ***ing way! Talk about ignorant stupidity! For the Record, I bought a Factroy refurbished SLV-N81 off of eBay and it's the ebst machine I've evr gotten, anywhere! Take that Best ***ing Buy!

I'm buyong a Panasonic DMR-E20S DVD Recorder/Player Console for my TV, I thought about Geting it form Best Buy or Curcuit City, I'll get it from Curicuit City, now maybe if Sony made a d@mn DVD Recorder/Player Console, I'd buy there's to go with my VCR and new TV that I'm getting, but since they're to lazy wrecking VCR's so that tye Play tapes but dont RECORD them, it's called a VC "R" for a Reason Video Casste RECORDER, if I wanted a player, I'd buy a VCP Video cassette PLAYER, so not only will Panasonic get my money to spite Sony for trying to produce Crap instead of Decent machines, they'll get my Money since they have a superiour product.

I am getting a ony WEGA 27" TV though for my Bedroom, my neighbor Just got the same model form Best Buy because they wouldn't sell him the one he wanted at the Advertised Discount in the d@amn Best ****ing Buy flyer, which was a model up with PIP (the one he has and I'm getting doesn't have PIP), so he's a s p*ssed at them as I am, and I'll order te D@mn TV direct from Sony, they have goot TV's, but Bad DVD-Players and VCR's now that they killed there best model, and Best Buy can screw-off for al I care, they stil owe me a f***ing GCN memory Card that they won't "pay up" on, so I'm done with them unless I have to go back there, hell, I'd rather go tol Wal-Mart for games than Bes buy at this point.

If you people hate Best Buy so much, why do you shop there?

How's that??? Thats how it goes if I remember correctly? I know cause I used to work there. They offered those plans on every little electronic device they had. Even on $10 phones.......who in their right minds would pay $7 for a replacement plan for a $10 phone??? Might as well just get a new one because by the time the phone actually breaks, there are better phones out there for $10.

I'm guessing on some of the more expensive electronics that it might actually be worth getting the service plans because it could end up saving you big $$$ if anything did ever go wrong, but on many of the other electronics, I think they are just out to take you hard earned money.
