He worked on the movie Fire and Ice which he created most of the story for, and many of the characters. I heard he was unsatisfied with the actors (it was rotoscoped animation) and so he did many of the scenes himself (he was a buff dude). He also did a number of album covers, the most famous being the Death Dealer painting (2nd one I posted) for Molly Hatchet's self-titled album. Yusuke Nakano, a lead artist for Nintendo's Legend of Zelda series, cites Frazetta as an influence. ;) |
