Well, while i like the one you have now, because it moves and looks all spackly....the new one has Megaman and Zero.....and you gotta love Zero...considering the company basically dumped Megaman a while back, and stuck Zero in there, but still call the games "Megaman ______"

I say, make the background go all spackly with the Megaman/Zero hybryd one, and im in.

And how DO you make those borders? did you use the pen tool or what?

actually just make a thick border one color, then cut slots into it and shapes and stuff. then add another layer and kinda do the same thing witha diff color but less against the edge. then bevel em both.

I just want to know if anyone wants to make me a new sig?

Im not saying i dont like the one i have, because i do, i just want to see other peoples creations of a FF7/FFX/FFXII related sig.

But i want it to contain the phrase "Under the gun" in it.

And again, if you make it, im not saying i'll use it, because I am quite fond of the one i have.

And how do you give them that curvy three dimensional look? Do you use the bevel?

its a bevel, i think i used the bevel boss from the eyecandy plugin, but should be just as easy to use the normal bevel. i just make it a very thin bevel.

It's hard to distinguish the guy on the right side in your most recent version, maybe place him in front of the textured background but behind the white name strip.

Other than that, it looks great!

Personally, I like the Megaman one, but if you want to switch it to one of the newer ones, switch it to the one with the guy in the background,or else it would look too clattered.

you know what i'd do, i'd try to find a pic, say of the classic mario game, or just one with a lot of pipes, and have a kinda pipe them background, but fade it with the black so it doesnt stand out too much.

thats if you can find a pic like that.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I'm just learning Photoshop as I go right now, so it's pretty new to me.

I did this underwater theme. I'll be working on a castle theme next I think.

Ah, now i like the mario one better. The color theme on it matches much nicer.

Just a thought. it might work it might not... try stroking your name in a darker red outline, kinda like marios red or the lava's

Try finding a smoother font the after 19 years part, and lowerng thoes 2 lines of text so they're over the brick part
