Spring Break

Will you be traveling on Spring Break? If so, where to?

I'm going to California to visit some old friends. I'm taking my girlfriend, too. Woohooo.

I might be going to Yosemite! I hope to see the amazing water falls!

If I don't go, I'll just be staying at home, and reuniting with high school friends.

Yosemite's awesome! I've been there a couple times. I liked it more than Yellowstone.

So stray, coming close by Chico? Or are you heading south? If so, come on over and visit. Chico State is my home college.

No, not here. Most kids have 2 weeks off for Spring Break here.

As for me, no, I don't have Spring Break. But I do have 5 months off in three weeks. Take that, SFU Summer Semester!

I spent two of my days (yesterday and Monday) working as a production assistant on a film.

I'm doing something with my girlfriend for her birthday tomorrow then going to her dad's in Vancouver with her for the weekend.

Everything else is wide open.

/me patiently waits for an adventure to present itself.

No spring break for me, only a "long weekend" for about 3 days in April. I'm probably just going home because the Spinto Band has at least two concerts that weekend, so yeah, nothing else exciting other than not having classes for three days.

Not for me...working gives me money to pay for college...another reason I get all I can entertainment-wise for free.

Bring your swimming trunks.

I haven't been doing anything for my spring Break except for working out. I cant say Im mad I haven't done anything, because in 4 days, I've already lost 7lbs. I was always hovering around 205lbs, but now im 198. Plus now, my biceps are bigger than my moms neck. Thats sort of gratifying.

But I do have plans for the next few days with Chels, Kaitlyn, and Ashley respectively. (I think I do anyways. :\ )

Im going to Albany, NY to visit my Uncle who lives there. After staying there only 2 days, we're heading up to Killington, Vermont to ski. We're staying there in a Condo for 4 or 5 days I believe, then coming home. Driving the whole thing. Im not looking forward to the 15 hour car ride to get there, but the trip itself should be fun overall.

You'll be pretty close to me up here at school...Albany is only an hour away and I think Killington is only a couple hours. Have fun.

Today I went with my Dad, Bro, and a friend of ours to check out UCI (University of California Irvine) which they both got into. From that experience, UCI is now a strong candidate for where I'll go next year along with UCLA, UCSB (Santa Barbara), and UCB (Berkeley).

On Saturday, I will take part in the worlds biggest pillow fight in Anaheim California. I was in charge of getting people from my school to go. We're trying to break the old record of 2,773 people.

Well my spring break was last week. For the first couple of days I went with jeepnut to his house in st. Louis. I got to see one of my teachers from my south carolina high school (he was in town for a conference)

Then we drove for 10 hours to my parents house in Ohio. Hadn't been there before.

Went shopping and got some new dvd and video game stuff.

Went to Cleveland to the Hard Rock Cafe and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

Went to a few guitar stores, actually stood in line for an hour to get into the grand opening of the Akron Guitar Center.

Went skiing. ... It was a pretty busy week.

Then drove for 13 hours back here to Kirksville.

We have monday off for Easter, but I'm staying in town and doing homework.

You must have excellent grades if you're going to apply to Berkeley and UCLA. Those are two of the toughest schools in the country. One of my good friends is in his first year at UCLA. He was a great high school student like you. I also know some guys that got into Berkeley. I hope they accept you. If you go to Berkeley, I could stop by and visit you sometime. :)

Actually, it's so much better in Australia. Back in Malaysia, we only get a 2 week break in the middle of the year and a 1 1/2 month break at the end of the year. No such thing as a summer holiday as it's hot all year roung...heh.

I rode a Greyhound for 12 hours to Cincinatti.

I have already made one illegal alcohol purchase and almost broken my knuckle.

I have played Mario Kart for TOO long.

I only did one thing this spring break. Last Friday my dad and I drove from here(near Philly) to Pittsburgh. On Saturday I had a college orientation at the University of Pittsburgh. I had a great time there, and I already put in my enrollment money. I can't wait to go next year!

Is this a riddle? Did the shots kill her? Is the VALID phone number 911?

Last night, I got so tired of listening to physics. I was eager for spring break to begin and this class was from 4-7. So I sneakily took out my DS from my backpack and held it right behind my book and binder where it was level with the desk. While the teacher thought I was looking at the text and listening, I was actually enjoying Zoo Keeper. Thank you Nintendo, for saving me from a boring 3 hour physics lecture.

And today, my spring break begins, ahoy!

Shots are expensive when you actually have to buy them...that's why I prefer just buying a cheap handle for $13 or so and that will do you good for three nights or so...

Bond, what are your plans for Nashville? I've been there so many times, but I don't have that much to reccomend because I've been busy, but it's a great city, I like it. Have fun.

It was good, until they tore down Opryland to build a shopping mall.

Sorry, didn't see this post until now. My main purpose for going to Nashville was to visit Vanderbilt University. We also walked around the city a little bit and visited a few parks. It was a nice city, I enjoyed it.
