My excitement level for Gears 2 today is off the charts. It's the craziest I've gotten for it yet.

Anyways, I'm surprised they stuck with their brownish bloom-lighting look after the constant harassment by the industry (which was pretty pathetic because nobody else had made anything look as good.) Even Uncharted had its knock against it. :lolz:

Haha Berzekers got weapons now.
I hated those things.
I would always wait until made it clear then leave my partner to do all the work of getting it where it needed to be.

But like I told Mr. Duf probably a terrible idea to give a blind creature a weapon no matter what side it is on.

Also, don't listen to Aladuf he told me there would be 5 player co-op. :(

Edit: To clarify, the only footage I know of is the trailer. Sorry, not the gameplay.

Was I the only one more impressed with the choice of poem than the actual trailer? I'm shocked it wasn't used in gaming before this.

Oh yeah, it was a perfect choice. And I thought that they couldn't top the Mad World trailer for Gears 1.

Did you know the author wrote this while in WWI and was killed in battle? His last recorded mement was being mortally wounded by machine gun fire, and then cheering on his company as they charged across the field while he laid dying. Amazing story. Kind of makes me feel guilty for enjoying it in a video game trailer...
