How do you Like Your Steak?
 

Well, how do you like your steak cooked? I like mine medium. I like there to be the red, uncooked meat in the middle... Just like a centimeter thick.

So... What is it? Rare? Medium Rare? Medium? Medium Well? Well? Or anything else... I know there is a "Pittsburg" style steak where it is burnt on the outside, and not cooked on the inside... Yup.

So tell us how you like your steak to be cooked.

Well-Done, of course!

I like mine medium rare...when its well done its sorta like hard to chew..and stuff..and medium rare is nice and soft.

Good ol' Medium Rare. I used to do Medium Well, but I experimented one time with Medium Rare and it was alot better! So nothing beats the Medium Rare.:D

Dang dead wasn't an answer. I like my steak dead... but not burnt. I can stand it if it's a little pink but bloody is out of the question.
My grandmother can't even look at the littlest pink in a steak, it makes her loose her appetite and she won't eat it... My grandmother is very picky when it comes to food.

I like well-done. But some people do well as "overdone" and dry...so when i encounter one like that...i request medium-well.

I like it overdone as miss here just said, I mean really well-done.

Usually my mom makes it like really well done so i tell her.. can you not make it like that... so she brings me like a bleeding chunk of meat 5 min later.. :(... oh well..

well done. It's hard to overcook a steak in my opinion.

I like mine alive... mooing in some pasture over yonder... living it's life it's own way... not feeding me.
