Zelda: OoT or Zelda: ALttP?
 

Which game do you think is superior?

I probably shouldn't have put down the third option... But eh... :D

I liked them both...however I liked OoT just a little bit better...but I voted both anyway.

ALttP is great. But like Crono said, OoT just slightly beats out LttP IMO.

1) Graphics (for the time it was released): OoT

2) Presentation (for it's time): OoT

3) Gameplay: OoT

4) Bigger effect on me at release: OoT

5) Story Line/Story Flow: OoT

So um yeah, you can guess my opinion

A Link to the Past. You just can't beat the 2d action I'm sorry...Ocarina of Time was a classic, but it didn't have anywhere near the effect that LttP had on me, not even close.

A year ago I would have voted ALttP... untill I played it again. :zzz:

ALttP was great to play, but it's also short and simple. OoT has great gameplay, great story AND it's long and complicated sometimes. Like with all the prominent races. :)

I am also a fan of the old 2-D. sry but Link to the past was king.

I didn't really like Zelda in 3-d.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time is my favorite game ever created. So I choose OoT.

I have had ALttP for about 7 years now... I beat it countless times too... But to tell the truth, it wasn't my favorite SNES game.

But I am going to buy the port when it comes to the GBA.

OOT Redefined everything. Because of it, I became an avid gamer. There just was absoutely nothing like it at the time of its release, in terms of graphics, gameplay, or story. And really, there hasnt been anything that has matched it. Everything about it was absolutely compelling, the music, the graphics. I even used a players guide after I beat the forest temple, and amazingly it was still just as fun and intruging with some help. I am one that thinks using a players guide takes away from the experience, but I can honestly say that in OOT it didnt. The game was epic in every way, and to say ALttP had a greater effect is absurd.
