Definently getting this! I havent played a new game in sooo long and this is just perfect!

Are there any commercials out yet? The only media I've seen of it was from last E3.

Are you getting it?

Re: GOTY 2004 Review

Yes, unfortunately I'll be leaving to Ft. Irwin, CA on the 5th, and won't be back for about 3 weeks. Going to the Army's National Training Center, some place where they certify their units to go to combat. Well my unit is the first to go up there, and we're going up against an army brigade acting as OPFOR. It will be 4000 on 600 (Army needs 6 times the people to win ;)). Anyway, big ass war game we have to do, going to be pretty crazy. When people die, we're going to have to actually medivac that person back to the rear for up to 12 hours.

I don't know about all that. FSW will have a LOT of competition this year from the likes of Fable and Halo 2 among others. Besides, FSW may have just been released too early to get the consideration it probably deserves at the end of the year.

Halo 2, competition for FSW? Pfft...

I'll probably rent it to check out the technology and stuff, but tactical games have never really been my thing.

I think the password is SWEDISHARMY but I'm not sure.....

I won't have the game till schools is over in about 2 weeks :(

gekko 06-03-2004 06:23 PM

Re: GOTY 2004 Review

SWEDISHARMY unlocks authentic difficulty. It's a different code for Army mode... and another one for big head mode :D

I better get this game tonight, because I leave Saturday morning, and I need time to play it.

The code is

ha2p1py9tur5tle

You should be able to change the date and I've heard that if 2004 doesnt work then put in 2003 :)

Bond 06-03-2004 06:50 PM

Re: GOTY 2004 Review

Yeah, you don't need to change the date though, just enter the code. The Army mode includes 6 missions and lots of adjustable settings.
