Invest in modern machinery. Ensure soldiers have proper equipment. Scale back but do not cancel funding of unproven NMDS. Avoid acting as world's police force unless fully supported by UN or if America's interests directly threatened. Rework Patriot Act and remove clause allowing people to be labeled "enemy combatants."

Animal Rights
Dozens (hundreds?) of species go extinct every day. By attempting to preserve endangered species humans may be interrupting the natural evolutionary path of the planet. Granted humans had a hand in the demise of many of those species. Every effort should be made to avoid trampling on these species unless it is necessary for the continuation of our way of life. Humans are the dominate species on the planet, and when it comes down to it it's either them or us.

Environment
Re-establish strict emission guidelines for pollution-causing industries. Close corporate loopholes which allow corporations to violate said laws. Strongly consider opening up Alaskan refuge for drilling provided there is sufficient oil to make a difference.

Immigration
Increase border patrol presence and funding. Add 2000 new agents. Make immigration procedures more difficult. Round up illegals in sweeping crack-down and deport. Convince homeless people there is work in Mexico, and offer free one-way transportation on same bus carrying illegals.

Healthcare
Protect hospitals and clinics from lawsuits. Establish medical auditing agency for ensuring competent nursing care. Exempt nursing homes. Ignore senior citizens' cries for cheaper prescription drugs unless economically feasible. Promote "pull-the-plug" attitude for vegetables. Favor only late-term abortion ban.

Taxes
Follow general policy of taxing in proportion to wealth. Raise taxes on those making in excess of $200k. Tax break incentives for companies which do not outsource jobs.

Education
Follow federal guidelines for establishing educational standards. Oppose allowing states to choose own curriculum. Oppose affirmative action. Fund responsibility-awareness programs for children. Emphasize critical thinking skills. Government incentives for schools with healthy lunch programs.

Religion
Follow absolute separation of church and state. Oppose legislating morality. Tax churches which bring in over a specified amount.

Science
Maximum funding for stem-cell research and any other programs necessary to promote health and cure disease. Increase grant money for astronomy and physics research. Free science experiment kits for children.

Gay Rights
Oppose constitutional amendment involving marriage. Oppose the title of gay marriage but support civil unions. Support don't ask don't tell. Oppose gay adoptions until future generations.

Gun Control
Re-establish assault weapons ban. Oppose mandatory child-safety locks. Protect gun makers from frivolous lawsuits.

Law
Build more prisons. Neither support nor oppose death penalty but offer slow torture as an alternative. Legalize drugs only within tightly-controlled buildings where people can visit to get wasted. Ensure sobriety before releasing back in to populous. Legalize prostitution. Require prostitutes to carry licenses. Increase policeman salary.


Cornerstone of the administration
The "No Prisoner Left Behind" act: Would dramatically increase prisoner usage for public service projects, especially trash clean-up. Work ten hour days. Widen plan to include juvenile delinquents.


Neo's more radical ideas

Sell Hawaii, which is barely a state anyway. Sell it to America-friendly country so Americans can still visit and use the profits to pay off the national debt.

Terminate pregnancies with detectable birth defects.

Require senior citizens to pass a driving test every time they renew their registration. Revoke licenses of those that fail and suggest they not leave the house. Increase broadcasting of "Price-Is-Right" as compensation.

Appoint Bono head of foreign relations.

Fund early warning asteroid detection system with ability to covertly deflect meteors towards the middle east.

Provide federal funds for any message forum with the words "game" and "tavern" in its title.

Develop earthquake-causing weapon as seen in "The Core."

Defense - I agree with the first part. Second part, who cares what the UN thinks, if something needs to be done, it should be done... regardless of loss of life. Taking out Saddam, for example.

Animal Rights - Animal's have rights?

Environment - Enough control so that we don't kill ourselves over pollution, but at the same time, try not to be tree hugging hippies.

Immigration - Unless their bringing something worthwhile to our country, keep the bastards out. If they're seeking a better life, they'll find it else where. If not, back to the third world dump you go.

Healthcare - Free health care (to an extent).

Taxes - same as Neo pretty much.

Education - make sure the children get the best education in the world. Bring back physical discipline.

Religion - Religion will not be part of the government. You can worship any religion you want... except Islam.

Science - same as Neo

Gay Rights - none.

Gun control - a person can own as many guns as they want (hunting purposes ONLY), as long as they're registered.

Law - more prisons. More police who aren't afraid to hit civilians if they do something wrong (in my country, a police using force against civilians will be tolerated). Bring back capital punishment. Example: you commit murder, you die.

Radical Ideas:
Kick out all foreigners who've recently come from the Middle East and Africa.

Defense
We must have an advanced and modern military to properly defend our country and protect our freedoms. We must invest in missile defense systems that have been proven to work in Israel. We will be allowed to defend our country whenever we need to. I would never seek a permission slip to defend our country from the United Nations. I would not practice the policy of appeasement, which has been proven incorrect in the past, but practice the policy of preemptive action to attack threats before they fully materialize.

Immigration
We must tighten security around our borders and not promote illegal immigration. We should support legal immigrants, but adequately screen them to make sure they are not a threat to our country.

Healthcare
Get rid of ridiculous lawsuits filed by trial lawyers against hospitals. Keep healthcare privatized because that is the most efficient way to run any industry.

Taxes
I would support a flat tax. Just because a person is rich that does not mean they should be taxed ridiculously high amounts. Under my system everyone would pay the same rate. Simple fairness for every American. I would not practice the political tactic of class warfare.

Education
I would oppose affirmative action and support any advancements in education.

Religion
Keep the separation between church and state. But allow religious organizations to help the poor - it is a better solution than the mess that is known as welfare.

Science
Encourage science in the private sector. Provide some funds for all science related advancements other than cloning.

Gay Rights
I would support civil unions.

Gun Control
Reinforce assault weapons ban. It is the citizens choice concerning anything else to do with guns.

Hell, I know this serves no point, but I'll put in ym 2 cents.

Defense
Make sure the country has the proper machinery and adequate defense. But not have an over accessive military. Basically I agree with Neo.

Immigration
Bring in a high immigration tax. Increase border patrol. Send illegal immigrants immediately back to the country they emmigrated from.

Healthcare
Un privatize healthcare. Make it free. If that is unplausable, make it mega-cheaper, so normal income families can afford operations to life threateing situations.

Taxes
Agreed with the flat tax. With the tax system now, the poor stay poor, and the rich get richer.

Education
Make a cap on how much tuition can be, by the type of University/College it is.

Religion
Religion has no place in politics. It is a personal thing and should be done on your own time.

Science
Pour mega money into stem cell research, and fund any program necesary to possibly cure diseases.
Increase space exploration funding.

Gay Rights
Let them marry. Let them adopt.

Gun Control
Stricter gun laws, higher gun pricing.

Law

Legalise pot and prostitution and make it a business. No death penalty, instead of death penalty make sentances life in prison.
No cameras allowed in courts.

Other Ideas

Vastly cut the military budget and put the money into schools and education. Make privativation of public services illegal. Stop production of coal, oil and Nuclear plants to generate power in areas where Hydro can be used.

Chop off Wyoming and let it float out into the Pacific.

Evacuate everyone from Hawaii and put camera everywhere possible. Randomly place guns, sticks, knives, anything plausable, and put all the murderous convicts and insane people on there, and let them fight to the death. And televise it.

I'd like to add to the "things I would do as President" list, a bit more serious (but I still stand the same way on the other issues):

- get rid of things like MTV which corrupt the minds of youth. Hell, I'd get rid of all that "word bling bling" rap **** that's out today
- get rid of biased media, newspapers, news stations... etc... I would get rid of CNN, Fox, etc in a heartbeat. All news stations and newspapers would be government controlled in the most unbiased way possible.
- Get rid of fast food chains. The amount of fat in these foods is ridiculous. Why do they even exist?
- Try to create some kind of new voting system where your average know-nothing dumbass can't vote.

A perfect society would be one that works in an orderly fasion, one with no stupid crimes, one with good healthcare and a strong military.

Unfortunately no government or country will ever achieve such status.

I resent candidate Bond's allegations that my administration would be the second coming of communism. His unworkable flat tax would either bankrupt the government or result in an outragously high sales tax which would make the poor even poorer. Let me tell you about a friend of mine, Lisa Ruden. Lisa is a triple-amputee who had to drag herself along the ground to be with us today because she cannot afford a taxi. Under my plan, she would get a tax break which would allow her to afford 3 meals a day. Under my opponent's plan, her house would be burned to the ground.
