I have all those consoles listed, except the Dreamcast, which I have played enough to say that I have semi-owned it. But getting to the point, I would say that by far it would have to be the Snes, with the Genesis coming not a very close second.

The Nintendo 64, because it carried the best game to date, and because, in years to come, people will realise how it was the greatest console of it's generation. ( The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time, The Legend Of Zelda Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64, Perfect Dark, Turok 2 Seeds Of Evil, GoldenEye, the list of spellbinding, reveloutionary and just downright fun Nintendo 64 moments streches into the horizon....)

What? How could you guys not be voting for the Playstation? The PSX was so great that it was able to defeat a well renoun company on it's first attempt. I probably like it so much because I'm a rpg freak and PSX had these games; Lunar: Silver Star Story, Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete, Final Fantasy 7-9, Final Fantasy Tactics, Tales of Destiny 1-2, Vagrant Story, Chrono Cross, Legend of Mana, Xenogears, etc. All of them are classics.

The NES was, is and will always be the greatest videogame system of all time. i can't beleive i am the only one who has voted for the nes so far.
The NES had many great games like the Mario games, zelda games, final fantasy games, castlevania games, ninja gaiden games, contra games, adventure island games, metal gear, bionic commando, megaman games, double dragon games, metroid, Mike Tyson's Punch Out, pro wrestling, River City Ransom, Kid Icarus, Battletoads, Excitebike and many others I might be forgetting right now. The SNES might be a close second, and then the sega genesis. |

Genesis, came in close to DC. NES is up there.
