Doesn't look like it. Probably just gonna establish Eddie Brock as a character as a lead up for Spiderman 4.

EDIT: Ah there we go! Close to the end MJ is in a web of black. So looks like Venom has a large (I guess) role.

I watched a trailer on another forum that showed this footage at the end of this trailer. So, yeah, he's def in there.
