How to export from Thunderbird to... Thunderbird?

I'm trying to import my mail stuff (mails, settings) from my previous PC, but I can't find the option. I'm using Thunderbird and I will use it again.
Does anyone know how to do that? Maybe it's just a matter of copying some files, but I couldn't find any yet.
