I just switched to Verizon today and also ordered a new phone. I previously had a Razr, which was horrible.

My new phone is the LG enV Touch:

I'd like your thoughts and opinions on that phone. That will be the next phone I get.

I have an LG enV. The original. It's a pretty sweet phone. QWERTY keyboard when you open it up. I'm a text whore.

I had a Sony Ericsson from about 4 years ago, but it finally broke down, so I'm loning a sony ericcson from my friend, until about next week when I get this one:




I love Sony Ericsson phones because they make my MP3 player obsolete.

I get all my phones secondhand from friends. Had this one for a little under a year now. I put a nice Squishy (the squid, from Kirby) decal on the back. :)

So the sound quality is good?
Most phones people play music on sounds like a gargled mess.
I never get why people do it. Especially over the cell phone's speaker.

Sony Ericssons are made to be MP3 phones.
My phone even has accessory plug-in speakers that give out massive sound and bass.

The sound quality is amazing, much better than my MP3 player, and on par with an ipod. Obviously it does depend on the size of the file, and the sound quality of the song itself - but if that's all good, the song will be crystal clear.

If you play the sound without headphones, it will eat the battery up a little faster because you're using the internal speaker. So I rarely use that, I stick with the headphones, which are fantastic.

I really like it but it is first generation and the touch screen recently crapped out so I had to get a new one.

A cheap and simple phone, I love it. It does nothing but make calls and send text messages.
No camera, no touch screen, no internet... I can't even make my own ringtones, let alone using mp3s!!

But I don't need that. It was cheap and it looks good.

16GB White iPhone 3G:



I'm in love with it, does everything I need. Running the new 3.0 OS and it's exceptionally good, push notifications and the like. So nice to only carry one object instead of both a phone and an iPod.

It's the second love of my life. I recently discovered the joy of video on it, too.

Worth every penny, and more.

It's a shame that the 3GS is utterly pointless.
