Minecraft
 

I've been playing Minecraft for a few months now with my brother inlaw, and the server he plays with his friends on, and I've really come to like the game. It can be quite addicting and a time consumer, but I've managed to build a lot of neat stuff. Is anyone else into this game, because I'd like to play with some more people?

I'll take some screenshots of what I've built so far if anyone cares to see.

I'd love to see what you've built. Show us what you got.

I haven't played it yet. But I have a group of coworkers and friends who do and I've talked all about it with them, and it sounds like I would love it if I could get around to playing it.

Here are some screenshots from the world that I've created with a few people. In it are a suspension bridge that I built, a train station with many lines to various locations on the island, and the last picture is of a giant lighthouse which is my dwelling.

I played Minecraft for a while, but I like Terraria a little better because the 16-bit style sticks with me more, and there's objectives and bosses and stuff.

Not hating, though.

I just checked out Terraria, and it looks pretty neat. It's a side scroller, which I don't like as much, but I do like how it seems to have more detail in the worlds and items. Minecraft is a bit lacking when it comes to detail, but I just really enjoy having a 3D world to manipulate. I see Terraria is on Steam though, so I might have to try it.
