GoPro action cams
 

Does anyone have one of these? I just ordered my first one! I'm going to have so much fun with this. :D

I have one, and I've used it on my bike a few times. It can be a lot of fun, but it may take some tweaking to get it mounted in just the right positions. I have a Hero2, but you're probably getting the Hero3?

Yeah, I got the latest model actually. Its slow motion capabilities were much higher than the previous models, so I decided to pay a bit more.

I also made a chest mount this weekend, with €11 worth of materials. It beats buying the official €40. Next project is a bike mount and a mount on a stick. Oh and this DIY steadicam fascinates me, I might go for that some time in the future.

Haha, nice. I wish I had a GoPro Hero3. It has bluetooth capability that allow you to view the video you're recording on your smartphone. I just did a pulmonary test on my bike as well as a body fit, and my orthopedist used a GoPro camera to collect data, and he brought it up on his phone and the computer right away, which was pretty cool. Enjoy it!

Nice! That was one of the first things I wanted to do, stick it in a pond with big fishes. :D Still haven't done it yet.
