and for those of you who don't know him...ask Neo or any other Mod why he was banned cause my mom is yelling at me to get off the comp...

I never knew Heen, but I would like to know how/why he was banned.

Heen was banned for doing something he apparently wasn't supposed to do. There was reason behind it. End of story.

He isn't going to be unbanned.

And, I'm not sure if you realize it or not, but making a poll isn't going to change anything -- even if the results were 100% in favor of him being unbanned. The forums are privately owned, and decisions as to how they are governed are made by the owner.

Referendums and petitions change nothing as far as that's concerned.
