Yao Ming, was it worth the risk?

I think so... The US Olimpic Basketball team took on the Chinese team in an Exibition game... beat thier ass, but still, Ming clocked in with:

13 points ( )
11 rebounds ( :) )
3 Assists ( :D )
3 Steals ( )
and 6 blocks ( :beat: )

This is an above average game for any player. But he did it against the US Olympic team, a team that hasn't lost any games I can think of... even when they used to use only college players!!!

If he can put up near these kind of numbers with the rockets, he will be a lot better than I expected him to be :)

You gotta look at the factors. You cant really judge him from this game cuz the us basketball team is like an All Star NBA team and the Chinese team is like.... well :/ ... the chinese basketball team.

So i think hell do even better in the nba.

wow... thats really good
6 blocks
and 3 steals for a 7 and a half foot giant
11 rebounds is good too
and 13 points

I think it was worth the risk, because he was ranked #1 Chinese player, that's what i heard. And he might have a great impact to the team, maybe not first year, but he might just be another jordon, you never know.
