What can be used to make a anim bullet gif sig
 

I would love to have a animated bullet gif signature for this name and another name i go by.

Yes i realize it may be a fair bit of work but I want to know if it can be done with online programs or such, or if i need something like PhotoShop7 in order to get that done right.
