So I went to my local video games shop
 

and was looking for a good console game. Lately I've been disappointed with all 3 consoles. Mainly because I don't have Metroid Prime, DOAX, Zelda, MT, MK etc etc.

Then I saw Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance. And I thought to myself **** it. I'm gonna buy it.

So I bought it, without ever playing it (or reading reviews of it).

Overall, it's not a bad fighting game.

I'm quite happy with it's purchase. I thought it was going to be sh!thouse.

Just thought I'd share that wif everyone :D

MK:DA is a very good fighting game... I have no problems with the engine what-so-ever.

My only issue is how they mixed fantasy and reality. I mean, I would have rather seen them go all-out in one way or anther. But it's still ok. The Krypt gets annoying too.... overall good fighting game.

Yeh. It's pretty good. I mean I was expecting it to be real sh!t, but after playing it, I was pretty satisfied. It's no VF or Tekken (or KOF) but still good IMO.

I get what you mean about the fantasy/reality thing. Like they have these real styles of fighting, yet they can do fireballs and stuff. I think it's high time the fireballs and stuff went.
