MGS3 officially confirmed for E3
 

Officially confirmed by Kojima Hideo in Hyper PS magazine.


Unknown which platforms it will be released... PS2 is a no brainer.

We'll just have to wait and see if other consoles will get ports.

Good, I love MGS2... didn't really like MGS1 but eh, let's just hope they don't stick to thier roots :p

Storyline: MGS 1> MGS 2
Atmophere: MGS1> MGS2
Gameplay: MGS2> MGS 1

So if you slap together a MGS1 with MGS2 gameplay mechanics... We get a game that defines a gaming generation.

Yeah I hope the atmosphere is better than MGS2... I thought the cold, dark, sorta gritty areas in MGS1 were much better than the office building-like places in MGS2... Although MGS2 was still great :D

I can't wait! I hope it's another awesome trailer like when MGS2 was revealed...

Y'know what'd be sad is if the MGS1 remake got more attention than MGS3 just because it's on NGC and everybody loves MGS1... But I doubt that'll happen :p

I think they'll both get a LOT of attention, but I bet more people will swarm to the fresh blood ;)

I can't wait to get my hands on a playable demo of MGS3 as I played the MGS2 demo for 7 months until MGS2 came out. :D

However if they bring back that Raiden guy I will be cursing. >.<
