New R -Racing Shots
 

Eat your heart out GT:3 these shots are really good, but not as many as gt3 so the jury is still out.





Publisher Namco today released seven new screenshots for its anticipated racer sequel R: Racing Evolution, the next installment in the Ridge Racer franchise. The title is schedule for a "winter" release on GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox.

eh. no racing game graphics ever look good to me anymore.... GT3 spoiled me....

these dont even look as good ast GT3 IMO, let alone GT4



[EDIT] just looked at that same car in GT4 again...............

i change my opinion.... now this one just looks down right awful.

Doesn't look too bad. I'll probably get it just because I need a good racing game for my 'Cube and I havent seen many lately:unsure:

it just looked awful from the start for me GT4 is going to be the next best racing game im sure of it now after seeing these shots

Best looking racing game?

That's a race for second.

PGR Dominates the field.

Once we get some non pre rendered/replay shots of GT4 you'll see how much better PGR2 looks.

No offense like but those pics for PGR2 just dont look right. the cars dont look like they belong there.

on some yes. otherwise thoes pics are really good. 2nd best looking racing game easy.

i find GT4 cars look a little more realistic tho

The car looks great in that shot but everything else is jagtastic.

Pukey textures too.
