Its a d/l that should allow you to run FFXI in windowed mode :D ill try it tonight to see if it works.

Ooh, Interesting.. I need to try that so I can stop paying in full screen and multi task :)

It works fine In fact in playing the game now in windowed mode. The only problem I see is that it makes the screen a little dark but it works fine otherwise.
