I just ordered a new computer and one of the things I ordered was a Cooler Master Aero 4 Lite Aero 4 Lite for only $19.99 canadian from a computer store where I live.

I know the Aero 4 comes with both a External fan speed adjustment on a PCI or 3 1/2" bracket, but I'm not sure if the Aero 7+ (First post pic for AMD) comes with the 3 1/2 bracket. Aero 7+

I also believe you can get just the blower fan for the heatsink if you wanted to replace the fan on it depending on the size the heat sink requires.
