Any fighting game is a button masher against weak human opponents... and all fighting games can turn into a true battle of skill when playing against experts. I doubt many people here have the "skill" to beat me at Tekken.. and you can call that game a button masher all ya'llz want to.
My definition of a masher is a game where even the most expert fighters can't use a strategy and rely on "luck of the draw" to win. With that said, MK: DA isn't a button masher, SC isn't either, and VF isn't... but out of this list SC2 does have the easiest learning curve imo.
Oh, and by the way... the list in the topic stinks
