Welp I got a response from nintendo(took a little longer than I thought because I didnt send them enough information the first time) here's the email...
Hello,
I was sorry to hear that you haven't received your Zelda Collector's game disc.
Using the information that you provided, we were able to send out a replacement.
Please note that the replacement disc should arrive within the next 10-14 days.
If you happen to receive the original disc, as well as the replacement disc,
please send the second one back with "Return to Sender" marked on the outside of
the package.

It's good to hear that theyre at least making an effort to help people. After browsing Nintendo's forums, I realise that a lot of the people who ordered their disc the first day they became available are having problems. Anyone else who hasnt recieved their disc yet(Ginkasa), I suggest you email nintendo, they seem happy to help. Email
