You better be done! I want to put my point in.
I wanted to grow out my hair to be like a college student, actually. I think it was more of college doing it, and high school catching on after so many years of clean-cut haircuts. But, heck, a lot of people always have long hair in school, because that's just before us men go bald. My dad's hair was SO long in high school, I laughed at his grad pic.

My mom's was also really long when she was in nursing school.
You should enjoy your hair before you age, at least once in your lifetime.
Once men hit puberty, we activate balding patterns called Temporal Balding, which balds a majority of the masculine population. It's something to do with testosterone. So, everyone who's hit puberty probably has balding already, be it in forms of thinness, or dissappearance. Then there's a turning point in your late twenties when you lose another pair of spots (could be the back of your head, or your frontal part) and then it just looks bad if you have long hair.
So yeah, we should enjoy hair while we still have it.
