I see the word "flag" in your sig, but it's not highlighted. It will only be highlighted and hyperlinked if someone looking at it also has the virus/spyware you speak of.
I have the same spyware you do, but it is only affecting my Internet Explorer (I normally use mozilla). When I run Spybot S&D, it eliminated the problem, but it always returns when I restart my computer.
Oh well. I never use IE anyway.
