That happens in DC sometimes cuz the drainage and sewage systems are the same thing, rather than having them seperate (like here)... heh heh... it happened like this past summer or spring or fall or something I forget exactly when... they showed a bunch of footage of this nasty lookin' water gushing up out of the manholes and stuff... and then footage inside homes after it all dried up and there was a ton of nasty brown s*** on the walls
heh heh heh.... hmm...
around here I kinda like the way it smells when it rains... *shrugs*
