It doesnt sound like it. It just sounds like it was a war between two other countries.

It was a similar situation as the Gulf War. One country invaded another and the US and UN step in.

Don't try to discredit an awful chapter in 1990's history just because a Democrat was in office while the US Navy and Air Force killed thousands.
