I would hopefully talk to her with words. Being blind or deaf doesnt take away the ability to talk.
If i was blind, i could listen to the things she says.
If I was deaf, i could see the expressions she makes, and talk to her through letters, or MSN or something.
I wouldnt want to not see her anymore, put it that way.
