I agree. They are just so insanely fun and addictive. I got the third Harry Potter DVD for christmas (my favorite of the three movies, although I have all three so far), and it has made me want to read all five books again! It's amazing.
The only series I have ever read that I consider to be just as good as the Potter series is the Ender series.
