Alright, everyone's reputation has been set to 0. These are the new rules:

Each user is allowed 10 reputation clicks per day
You must give reputation to two other users before you can give reputation to the same user again
I will be watching for reputation circles where you plus rep another member for the sole purpose to increase your reputation (That's you GameMaster, Null, Danchastu, etc)
Administrators and Moderators now follow the same reputation rules as all other members
