The results speak.
Of course, it was only during the week, and I was so busy with school that I didn't notice in the long term. Of course I ate normally on weekends but I also had more time to exercise.
Now that I've lost all that fat, I've gone back to eating whatever the hell I want. It works great. I stay 190 no matter what I eat. And it's been well over a year of this. I figure I only gained all that weight in the first place because of badly timed meals and my old karate training, which was pretty rigorous.
