honestly i dont know where everyone is getting it's a simpler name then 360 or PS3. besides, sony's franchise was built on the name Playstation... and thats friendly in itself. Just like movies going by sequels and numbers it signifies a newer generation/version. Please don't bag on other system names just because Wii is pissing you off
Wii is alright I guess, I mean, people will probably just grow out of it and call is Rev anyway since it's been revolution for such a long time.
I honestly thought it was the hugest typographical error and Nintendo was naming their console after Wifi....
