People question that every time any game receives a score of 100%...
I think reviewers kind of already take into account the fact that "no game is flawless" when coming up with their ratings system and handing out the scores...
IGN, for example, doesn't call a 10 "perfect", they call it "masterful"...
The whole debate is like "But this one goes to eleven" in reverse...
If 10 was known to be some sort of symbolic impossibility, then 9.9 would be known as the highest possible score and be in the exact same position that 10 is in now... Which, in the end, would just make things less rounded...
