Default Re: Space Madness Round 3 - Space Murder

Alright guys, I've solved this game almost beyond a doubt (Edit: Wrong about a few parts possibly). I realize this in and of itself is going to sound insane, but I ask that you at least think it out. Really think about it before you label me insane.

Meta-game version:

We're not insane. Not one of us is insane. Dyflon is sending out a PM to a random person each round that makes them the vigilante. They get two kills in order to make it seem like there's a third party group doing a kill each round as well.

The only way to beat the game and make sure the 'sane' people win, is to stop killing. If you get a PM telling you that you're the vigilante, DO NOT USE IT. I've spoken to two different people who say they were PM'ed and given the vigilante role for one round, both separately told me they got two targets. Kind of a big Edit: apparently if you don't use your vigilante kills you yourself die. Maybe a single sacrifice is all that's required to stop the killing?

In turn, DO NOT VOTE IN THESE THREADS. Dyflon didn't post the rules in the first thread for a reason. I believe this is because we're not required to vote this time around.

Dyflon isn't telling us who among the dead was bad or who was good during the narration because we're all on the same team!

Roleplayed for you guys:

-Picks up the Ships Intercom-

You're scared. It's natural. But I can give answers.

We're not crazy. None of us ever were. We're under the influence of a space alien called a Dyflon which is sending out telepathic suggestions. You see, Dyflons feed off of fear and aggression. This Dyflon picks one person and sends them an impulse to kill two people. He then moves onto another target, to keep confusion high, again sending the impulse to kill two people. I've already spoken with two of the Dyflon's targets. It's unmistakable.

In turn, we look to each other to receive our blame. And we ourselves kill someone off because we're afraid. Don't you see!? The Dyflon is making us act crazy! Killing each other out of fear is insanity!

The only way to defeat the Dyflon is to ignore these impulses. If you get the impulse to kill, IGNORE IT. DO NOT GIVE IN. And in turn, the kills will stop because when the Dyflon's hunger is not sated, he will move on. If we band together, we can do this. We can stop the killing, stop the insanity. But the only way to do it is to stop the killing.

Please, if you kill me because you think I'm insane, I beg that you remember what I have said later down the road. Eventually this is going to be a last man standing game, and you'll all be losers. Because this ship can't be piloted by just one person. The only way we can make it out alive is together.

A HUGE EDIT:

I may have been mistaken, at least partially. Aladuf will explain more. But if he's right, there's really no way to win?
