Resident Evil 5
Well the demo for RE 5 is out in Japan, and the 360 has some workaround that makes it pretty easy to actually get the demo loaded on your console. The game already has English dialogue and stuff so really it isn't that bad.
But this game so far... from the two level demo is pretty awesome. I played with Magus, and it was a blast with each encounter seemingly very tense (chainsaw dude just won't die and we have yet to kill axe man).
The co-op play is pretty sweet with ways to save your partner, ways to assist during the level and share merchandise.
